Died after 14 months! It took me a week to finally connect the printer to wireless service. Then ordered replacement toner recommended by Amazon. Those were not the correct ones and I had to pay to return them. Then the printer just died after 14 months of use. What a waste of money to have a product quit working 2 months after the warranty expires. scanning function is useless Hopeful that this printer would meet my needs but does not. Have had enjoyed older Canon models. Even though I purchased printer some time ago, I've never been happy with the scanner: (1) feeds paper from one side more than the other, so that, IF the feed goes through, image is at an angle, (2) Feed crumples paper when the angle is extreme after second page, (3) feed will pull in more than one page at a time, (4) scanner can only handle a small number of pages at a time, (5) after #2, original pa... read more

Decent printing. Many issues connecting to devices. Unfortunately no longer turns on after 18 months This printer printed decently when we were able to get it to connect to a device. Unfortunately we had many issues with that and could mostly only connect to it from one computer. After about 12 months it stopped connecting at all and after 18 months it stopped working entirely.
Setup Ordeal I had a Brother monochrome printer but made the mistake of upgrading to Mac OS 12. Naturally, the old printer was now useless so I had to buy a new one. I picked the HL-L2350DW because it was compatible with Mac OS Monterey by using AirPrint. I unpacked it, put in the toner (which Amazon did not say was included so I bought another cartridge at an outrageous price), and then the fun started. Stopped working My printer just stopped working out of nowhere. No previous issues. It will not turn on anymore, no matter which port it’s plugged into. I’ve tried all troubleshooting.
Total garbage I hate this printer. It does a find job IF YOU CAN EVER CONNECT TO IT! I have to constantly uninstall and re-install the printer drivers.
Not dependable It worked well, then died at 14 months, just beyond the warranty. I see other people had similar experiences.
Won’t turn on after a little over a yr The printer worked great up until one day when it suddenly stopped working not even 1.5 yrs after purchase. It won’t turn on and we’ve followed all the tutorials and troubleshooting. Such a waste.
