Read the fine print before buying this printer. Ended up returning this one as it would not connect to my 5.0 network - only 2.4 network (which is older technology). I have both but did not want to have to sign off one in order to print to the other as my preference is the 5.0 network for my work.
This printer is incapatable with Apple IPhone and IPad. Neither is it a listed printer for the AirPrint App. I purchased the Brother HL -L2350DW wireless printer and accepted Amazon’s option to have a technician come to my home to install the drivers and sync with “1-3 devices”. The technician was great knowledgeable and fun to work with. We discovered that two of my devices IPhone and IPad would not work with the wireless printer. Never buy a brother product again. I bought expensive ... Never buy a brother product again. I bought expensive versions of monochrome and they broke multiple times. They don't stand by their product. I had to Shell out money from my pocket to fix it Everytime.

The cartridge package had been opened After I opened the box, I noticed that the cartridge package was opened. I was not sure if it was new one or not.
