Beware, has issues with Google Cloud Print I don't know if I got a faulty printer, but Google Cloud Print would not work on this device. Support could not help me and an internet search showed others with the same problem. My guess is that it's a firmware problem, however Brother just points to Google and says it's their issue. Regardless, I'm left with a printer that doesn't work as expected.

It's a Dog, Don't Buy! Save yourself headaches! Very disappointed. I bought this through Office Max a couple years ago. Never worked but was travelling so it went on the shelf. Went back to printing on my old Canon until it died today. Had tried setting up this Brother printer between the initial use and now but couldn't get support so it went back on the shelf. I had an older model and it was wonderful.. I had an older model and it was wonderful...I had to move and gave it away because I had a new HP all-in-one and was just using the Brother to print labels & envelopes. After several months I missed it and ordered this one. What a disappointment. Envelopes come out all wrinkled and all but useless. I have been to the Brother website and there is no real help there if one is having a problem.
WIRELESS CONNECTION IMPOSSIBLE TO SET UP I ordered this printer because I had just purchased a Chromebook, which can only print wirelessly, and this printer stated clearly that it was wireless and fully compatible with Chromebook’s cloud print. NIGHTMARE! This printer is a NIGHTMARE! It is extremely difficult to set up, even for my husband who is a computer software engineering manager! Once he spent a whole day setting it up, which required calling customer service which was a nightmare in and of itself, this horrible machine only worked about half the time! UNACCEPTABLE PRINTER Impossible to connect wirelessly to Mac desk top. Mac network runs at 5G. Printer runs at 2.4G Only way to connect is slow computer network down to 2.4G (per Spectrum). Trying to connect via 1 line LED window scrolling through lower and upper case and capitals and numbers and symbols to select a single character is like using a computer from the 1960's. Of course the packing is gone and unable to return this hopeless machine. BUYER BEWARE
Check the printer number carefully: most of the reviews on the 2350 page are actually reviewing a previous model. Just a note as of 4/18: I've had a 2340 twice; the first one lasted several years of lite work (printing about fifty pages a week) and was pretty much problem free until something or other didn't work. Replacement I've also had now for several years. I'm getting ready to replace it because there is a message now popping up that says "the optical photoconductor needs to be replaced."
