I really would like to give this printer a 4.5 star review. The setup was easy except for connecting to wireless. I have a one year old Linksys 77300 router. I followed the directions but the printer would not connect to the WiFi after a couple of attempts. I rebooted the router as it suggested but it would not connect. The troubleshooting directions recommend that I enter my password manually on the printer if it will not connect automatically and it connected. No numerica keypad for input This Printer has no number pad so you have to use directional buttons, up down left and right to navigate through numbers and letters. This is a huge pain for adding the wife code. Brother, you should reconsider this design.
Worst printer ! Worst printer ever! I had another model, same brand and never had a problem. This one it's going to the garbage! Can't replace the cartridge. It keeps saying it needs replacement. Went on you tube to get tips on how to solve this problem and it looks like it's very common problem with this model. Tried everything and no success. Now I can't return or exchange because of the time line. DON'T RECOMMEND !

Wasn't compatible I became my own geek squad expert and wasn't compatible with my android phone. I had wifi connection which work, however printing from my phone wasn't allowing it to work appropriately. I've always used Brother's printers and been satisfied with the functionality this one wasn't a keeper.
Terrible to set up The most troublesome experience I have ever had trying to set up this printer to WiFi. Finally had to use a USB cable which worked but I can't send anything to the primer from my laptop or phone. STILL NO WIFI aghhhhhhhh. The App doesn't even list my printer model?????????

Drops wifi every 60 sec. Be careful. With wi-fi this drops offline after one minute. No adjustment seems to correct this. Google it. It's a known issue and none of the suggested workarounds overcome it. Had I realized this I never would have purchased.
