Only last a year and a half then just stopped working altogether. Not worth $$ spend
Will not work with our new Samsung chromebook. I think it is time to also return the chromebook with this printer

was unable to connect it to my online laptop, so connected to offline desk top computer. Now the WiFi light keeps forever pulsing. Also, the printer is made so cheaply that I have to be very careful just to lift the lid. Since it can't connect with my laptop I have to transfer what I want copied to my desktop which is a huge hassle.

This printer is not what I expected. It seems to have problems with printing everything I send. It does not print requests right away. Sometimes it takes 10-30 minutes to receive data before it prints. Can I return it? Or do you have any suggestions for improving this routine. Thank you

So I purchased this because our last Brother printer worked great! 6 years before it died. This one was awesome for the first 4 months and then about 3-4 weeks ago it stopped printing jobs it was sent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it continues to sleep, sometimes it prints half a job and then stops. I have contacted Brother and they say it is my computer. Bulky printer, takes really long to setup with very badly written instructions.
I was sick of wasting money on inkjet printers when I only print text. Does what it should and just works.
Only reason for me to take the printer is to print seamlessly and able to scan & copy documents . Printer looks good in terms of speed and quality if the document is PDF . Quality of scanning or copying is poor compared to my old 50 dollar canon inkjet printer . I am hoping this to be rectified in new models .
