    print quality is nice but I just bought this thing a week ago and it ALREADY needs a new toner. Granted the "starter toner" is a smaller amount but what a crock. I got about half the promised pages out of this thing.

    Git sick of inkjets having software based "ink level" identification. Was sick of being forced to ad a new cyan cartridge to print BLACK! Switched to laze

    Copies and scans well but terrible to set up. I wanted to set it up with usb connection and cd my MacBook cd reader kept rejecting the disc for some reason. Also the electrical cord was way too short for the desired location Had my techie friend set it up wirelessly using image print I think, and even she had issues. The printer model was not listed online where it should have been. Super terrible instructions but finally got it to work

    piece of junk! broke in week or 2 making lines on pages!waited to call brother for support got disconnected twice after being on phone almost 2 hours troubleshooting nothing resolved!!!now i am 2 days past a return should have just sent back right away!dont waste your time with brother support just return it!

    Came defective on arrival, now I’m stuck with no printer.

    After installation of software driver, and upon the first time using it, error message "print unable 0B" is displayed and the printer refuse to work. And picture refuse to upload on the review website.

    I will never buy a BROTHER again this one, worked for 4monthes finally tried to scan documents and took all day too much trouble and find what's wrong you have to a computer wiz from IT to get wifi or scanner. I should have kept my $60 hp printer scanner color printer. Warranty over a sad stressed customer.

    I originally purchased this printer. Got it home, called Brother for assistance to set it up. It didn't work. They gave me a reference number to get it replaced at Best Buy. It worked fine for 1 month before my 2 yr warranty was about to expire. It would not stay connected wirelessly. I contacted Brother 4 times and did all the troubleshooting with them and it would still not stay connected to the wifi.
