The elevator did not work the room was extremely dirty
Elevator broken, bed uncomfortable, no hot water on most occasions, shower head broke, and poor TV quality.
Pulizia delle camere praticamente assente infatti si limitavano a fare i letti( a volte 1 si è 1 no) ed a cambiare asciugamani non hanno pulito i sanitari per tutti e 6 i giorni
The hotel is very small the rooms are also way to small. The elevators were not working well 2 elevators for 32 floors, one not working causing very long elevator. The rooms are way outdated. AC when turned on smelled horrible. I rented 4 rooms very un happy with this hotel. Do not recommend it.
On my arrival night, the man at the desk was very rude. When I asked for a frig for my insulin, he invited me to go somewhere else. Finally I could explain my request to the man-maid, in spanish since I speak it and he did not speak English, to finally get the frig. Thanks to this maid. This man at the desk took a very long time to get my credit card through, which made me very suspicious. Bernard Chartrand
