This property shows much better online. It did not meet my expectations at all.
Worst hotel experience i’ve had I’ve stayed during NYC winter, it was really cold. During my 8 night stay, 5 of them where in a room without heater. Everyday we went to the front desk to ask for help and nothing happened. Even Blanca, a girl who worked there laughed at our face. After the 5th night we managed to get our room changed and arranged a discount with the manager Orlando. the beds were horrible, the bathroom looked dirty, excessive garbage outside the place, etc.
Unpleasant stay Hotel was not in good condition. Bathroom sink faucet was not mounted to vanity top. Faucet could be lifted off sink. Carpet stains all over room, bathroom mirror was all scrapped up missing paint, looked like something that should be in the trash.
Los cuartos están muy viejos, demasiado pequeños y sucios. El servicio al cliente no muy bueno. Buen desayuno. Deberían remodelar los cuartos.
One of the male receptionists was terribly rude and aggressive on different occasions. I asked for my room to be cleaned after three days of leaving it uncleaned and was not done as well after I asked twice. The room was in bad condition, and I had to sleep in it. In general I was not happy at all
