We followed Katie from her previous location, out to Strongsville. She's that good! She's the only groomer for us!

Everyone at the Strongsville location is super knowledgeable & friendly!! Best customer service Iv ever received at a retail store. They LOVE all the pets that walk in the door and take the time to help everyone with their specific needs .They truly are the BEST !!!

Employees were great! Highly disappointed in the discontinuation of the generous military discount Pet People used to offer to veterans/military on Veterans' Day
