Love the people who work here!! Only problem with bathing my dog here, which is main reason I visit the store, is the baths are always very dirty with dog hair. It gets everywhere, especially when running the dryer, including all over me, and it’s not my dog’s hair. Also, the towels provided are always littered with dog hair too. I love coming here and the staff, but would love to request more thorough cleaning of the dog bathing areas.

We followed Katie from her previous location, out to Strongsville. She's that good! She's the only groomer for us!

EXCELLENT customer service!! Megan is wonderful. Everytime we shop she remembers us and our dog. Asks how you doing and how can she help!! Our dog actually knows where she is going when you park the truck and is very excited to go there. We also use the grooming services which is great also.
