Helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly staff. Personal interest in our dog every time we go in. We regularly buy dog food and treats. Love the bath convenience.

Amazing customer service. Friendly , professional staff with a bright, clean store. Prices are comparable to other pet stores but this place had won me over with their customer service

This is the best pet store we have ever been to. Prices and selection are great and they have so many healthy options for food and treats. We are greeted by name each time we come. The staff are what makes this place stand out. They are so friendly and helpful every time we stop in, which is at least once a week. Sam, Sofia, Heaven and everyone we have ever encountered go above and beyond to welcome us in and make us feel like valued customers. They are truly the reason we continue to shop here as often as possible.
