I'm an actual home renter and this company really helped me. I was in a very scary situation and was about to be homeless. I am a single mom of a teenager and I wanted to buy but because if a recent divorce my credit was not strong enough. This was the first transaction we had worked with Home Partners on. I was a little apprehensive at first, because I have worked with a lot of "investors" before. I was very pleasantly surprised. The response time was always very fast, which in our market is an absolute these days, The support staff was always helpful, they listened and made their decisions quickly to move the deal forward. We closed in two weeks. Overall a very good experience with them and we will recommend/work with them again.

Our landlord decided to sell the house we were renting, and we panicked.
