Great alternative if your not quite ready to purchase, with the option to purchase if you choose to when your ready. The homes are much nicer than normal rentals who have peviously had several tennants. Smooth process and everything is explained up front so no surprises before moving in. Love working with HPA. I have done 5 buyers and 1 seller and will continue to help them build in the future. Kari Coulter
