I just did my first transaction with HP and it was a great experience. The communication is fast and very detailed. Hope to do another transaction soon.
Initially I wasn't so sure as we tried on 2 new construction that didn't work out and then an existing home that the offer was terribly low and the seller walked. I gave more insight and information into the second existing home we tried and that went extremely well. this was my first home with HPA so I learned some things that will help for the next time. My clients are so happy and they have a home to live in! Thanks HPA!!!
HPA were amazing to work with. The transaction was surprisingly smooth. Any time that I had a question the phone was answered and my queries were quickly answered, even though I was calling them out of state. I would be very happy to work with them again.

As a real estate broker this program is wonderful. It allows us to expand the search of eligible homes for someone wanting to rent. It is also great for the renter.
