If you are an independent contractor in the medical field DO NOT APPLY it is a nightmare. The application department does not know what this type of work is and you will go round and round on what they need to spite you get direct deposit or your company offered to send in information. We applied and got approved. We moved forward with the process, found a home, and signed our lease agreement. I signed up - paid the $100 for the background check. Their “amrent” background credit report check company denied us saying our transunion score for the month of may was 523. I have a report from Transunion showing it’s 680. Home partners denied our application and won’t give us our money back. I was told to take my complaints to amrent.
