I am a Realtor in Texas. My experience with Home Partners has ALWAYS been good, therefore I do not hesitate to promote the Home Partners program. It is the way to home ownership when you cannot purchase at the current time. Sometimes there are hiccups, but who said you will have perfection? Realtors (get certified) you will need to understand how it works. I have done several homes with Home Partners. My clients have found this process to help them in many ways.

I've had the pleasure of working with HPoA several times over that course of the last 5 years. I highly recommend them to both Buyers and Sellers as an alternative. My latest transaction, I listed the property as a "Lease to Own" in the rental section of the MLS and was able to find the perfect Buyer for the home. The buyers couldn't be more pleased and the Seller was completely relieved by the process. Everyone got a fair price and even the repair negotiations went smoothly.
