Home Partners was wonderful to work with. I just closed my first property with them and can’t wait to do it again! Although it took us a bit to find a home that met their investment requirements we did end up getting a great rental for my clients and Home Partners was unbelievably easy to work with! They spell everything out on their website and in their Realtor programs and if you forget something or have a question they are right there to help. I just closed on my first transaction using Home Partners to help my client purchase a home. I was very impressed with the ease of the transaction and highly recommend them to other realtors. I was impressed that they are available 7 days a week and even on the Easter weekend I was able to get an offer in very quickly. The first offer we made was way too low and we got beat out so when I requested a more competitive offer on the next one they listened and we were able to go under contract right away.

Working with Home Partners was amazing! They are professional and response time is fast. Anytime I would call or email they would have someone that was genuinely interested in helping out. They went above and beyond because we ran into an uncooperative HOA. Home Partners was patient and flexible and because of this they were able to purchase an awesome home in a great location and they have another happy tenant! I look forward to doing more deals with Home Partners in the future!
