We had a service engineer called Phillip Massey. I must say that Phil is an excellent representative for your company. He arrived on time started the job straight away and carried on working through lunch only stopping for one drink. He was very polite and friendly. I fully intend to ask for him again next year.
He was cheerful and polite and left me with a sparkling cooker.

The engineer, Paul,was extremely pleasant and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and when he returned to fit the new component, he completed the task efficiently. We are more than happy with the service we received.

The engineer Colin Moreton that came out is very polite and helpful. Vacuum taken away and he delivered it back repaired and working great. Excellent service
