Today I had Gary W visit my property to service my shark hoover. Gary was an absolute lovely fella very chatty and extremely professional. Gary gave me some insight into the best way to use my current hoover and also gave me some handy tips I can use going forward. Would highly recommend. Was a pleasure to meet you Gary and thanks so much.
Very polite, friendly, efficient engineer. Had the necessary replacement parts on his van. Cleaned up after servicing hoover which had dropped a quantity of dust on his mat. Would highly recommend Homecare services.

Will Somers was the Homecare Engineer who attended my first boiler service today. He was a lovely gentleman - very helpful, answering any questions, very patient and polite. He did a very thorough job, cleaning up any water or dirt created at the time of servicing. Radiators were bled, the gas meter checked and a carbon monoxide detector fitted FOC. All safety measures were explained at each step. A first class service.
Gary turned up on time and serviced and replaced the necessary parts of my Dyson, so now as new - very happy with this. Also spoke openly and honestly about having a combined insurance for my white goods . Went through all the details and took time to explain everything and answer my questions. I have sig ed up and feel I now have peace of mind that everything is covered with only one phone number to call in the event of any problems

Lee ,was super throughout ,he checked everything on it to find the folt,put the washing on and waited for it to spin ,and then ordered parts needed. (Not like other engineers I've had in the past, that have just come and say they can fine a folt)
