Jesse did very well. He serviced the machine to the best of his ability but due to the situation of not been able to supply new filters etc he could only work with what he has. I do feel that as a Company you could have advised your customers who have these hoovers of the situation when you knew.

Phoned Homecare at 9.00am, engineer was here within an hour. Paul fixed our Washer/Drier and explained everything beautifully. Friendly, knowledgable engineer, excellent service and a competitive call out fee too. Couldn't be more pleased. Unfortunately I didn't get Paul's surname.
