Engineer, Lee, was efficient, professional and friendly. Gave machine a thorough overhaul so that problem would not recur. Explained processes clearly to us and offered useful tips. The people who deal with telephone calls are also very efficient and friendly and that is a very important service too.

Firstly there is no Mrs Clark. Impressed with Aaron and his work ethic. On completion the oven liked as good as new I was pleased with the cleaning process
Liam was on time, polite and efficient in what he did. We bought a new cordless cleaner which he demonstrated ably and gave us time to try it out for ourselves. We hope Lia. returns next year to service the new cleaner.
