Fridge freezer is now working, Paul arrived early which was a bonus
We are very happy with the result of the carpet cleaning but aren’t happy with the fact we had to move most of the furniture when we were told when we agreed to have the carpet cleaned (don’t worry about the furniture we will move it)

Your engineer came as agreed and diagnosed the fault straight away. He rectified it very promptly. He explained what the problem had been and showed me that it was working properly. Thank you , a good experience. Well done
Lee was very good at his job, he was very concerned about the oven door and explained why, so I had a informed choice as to whether I had it repaired or not. Which I did.
Arrived early started straight away kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. Talked about upgrade opportunities very polite listened to my explanation and there was not pressure sales pitch. Which I was most thankful for.
