Alex arrived on time, very polite & friendly. To clean oven, very knowledgeable about different types of ovens. He did an excellent job and even removed a mark inside the double glass oven door. I would be happy to have him back again when required & do not hesitate to recommend his work.

The engineer was great, a quick fix. Unfortunately, the time he spent trying to sell me various warranties afterwards, far exceeded the repair. I was not expecting, or requesting a sales pitch, but he seemed unable to leave without explaining every warranty available and waiting for Head Ofgice to answer the phone, so that I could speak to them. Too much, not necessary and irritating. Not a chance that I’ll use you again. Disappointing sales systems you have there.

My Vacuum cleaner was jammed and did not work at all. Gary white arrived very promptly at the agreed time. he carefully examined the machine and discovered the fault most efficiently. After checking things carefully, all was sorted in good time.
