Great service before Christmas. Lee was efficient and friendly.
Ben was professional in everything he did. He explained everything clearly. Although he had been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances he was pleasant throughout his time with us. He explained the new vacuum which seemed really good. This is something we will consider in the new year.

After my original appointment was cancelled on the day, I was not confident an engineer would attend today. However, the engineer attended on time, was very professional and completed the vacuum service quickly.
