Their broker Chris Ross was professional and courteous and knew his business well. The rate was competitive, but probably more importantly Chris managed the approval process every step of the way to make sure there were no surprises or preventable delays. We were approved and funded on time for a 30 days close. I would recommend this company to others.
I'm a skeptic, so when I saw how good these reviews were, I figured they were all paid or something. Based on my experience, I no longer think that. These guys are the real deal. My wife has been a loan processor for 10 years and she was amazed at how good and fast these guys were. I spoke with Jimmy and locked an amazing rate on 10/15 and our loan funded on 11/13 -- that is fast! He was straightforward about costs and rates, which were the absolute lowest I found from any other source including the big banks and credit unions. My experience was very positive with HomePlus. I dealt with John Hamidi who was very professional. Other lenders I dealt with firs, were very pushy. HomePlus was efficient and got my mortgage refinanced with a good rate and minimal hassle!
