Gilbert has been really helpful during the very difficult and complex close due to me being a business owner. Lot more documents / letters were required and he worked patiently with all involved. There were some minor bumps in the beginning but it all worked out in the end. We are happy we worked with him.
We closed escrow in 21 days! Jimmy was very patient and clear with me. I had so many questions, he never changed anything on me. He kept the same numbers through the entire process. His rate was better than all the other lenders I had been working with. I will be refinancing with Jimmy at Home Mortgage Pluse.
