I entered my information on Lending Tree and Chris Ross from HomePlus Mortgage was the first person who called. I did not need to take any calls after that. Chris got me a great rate and was fantastic throughout the process. Had a few problems with the appraisal and Chris went to bat for me and took care of it. Great guy and consummate professional.
I found Home Plus Mortgage from Lendingtree. They came in as having the best refin rate out of all the vendors. Keith Morgan was my Mortgage officer. He was responsive and very professional throughout the process. He reached out to me two weeks after the rate locked and let me know the option of having a lower rate.
