Joe was great, I was originally working with another lender and I was only using Joe as a back-up in case something happen or went wrong with my first deal but when the chips was down Joe double down and won by a mile. He saved me from paying over 5,000 in closing cost and got me a lower fixed percentage rate than the lender that I was going to use. Let me tell you I will be rejoicing for years on this loan.
