We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Gilbert Ramos. What started out as an easy refi quickly turned hellish as the lender's requirements increased greatly because my wife is self-employed. There were many times when I just wanted to cancel the whole process, but Gilbert was great at listening and understanding our frustrations. We felt that he was always on our side.
