Where do I start on the praises for this company and more specifically, Chris Ross, my Senior Loan Officer at HomePlus. I was hesitant to go with a broker as opposed to a direct lender based on my previous two terrible experiences with a broker. Chris was thoughtful of that and was clear and precises on expectations and boy did he deliver. Can't say enough good things bout this company. Don't hesitate on your choice, go with HomePlus!

John was a great person to work with on the loan. He is always available or responds quickly! It was an absolute pleasure working with him! He did a great job securing my loan even with a couple of roadblocks I caused myself with little credit issues that popped up! Do yourself a favor and use John at Homeplus as he makes it easy and the fees are great too!

Let me start by saying that I had many responses from different lenders wanting to handle my home re-finance.
