From day one, Gilbert was professional, honest, informative and above all respectful! He walked us through and held our hands throughout the home loan process. Gilbert found us the best loan for our needs and we were able to get our first home! We had difficult sellers, which made for a difficult escrow but Gilbert followed through and worked hand in hand with our agent and escrow until the very end. I responded to an internet ad and got many responses. Gilbert was the first of over 20. When I told him I wasn't quite ready that wasn't a problem. He kept in touch for months, giving me daily rate quotes. When it was time to proceed, he had far exceeded the other agents in information presented, and rate and loan terms were great. I am a born skeptic…did not want to believe that I could get the listed loan rate, close in 30 days and get fast responses to my stream of questions. But Gilbert Ramos proved me wrong.
