I definitely recommend Home Plus Mortgage. I just refinanced my home in less than 30 days, with a good rate, low closing costs and great customer service by John Hamidi. He was always available to answer questions and went out of his way to make sure the process went well.

We absolutely love this lender and Joe! He was knowledgeable and extremely responsive. He was able to move quickly and explain things thoroughly. Closing escrow needed to happen very quickly but we were in good hands:) We were very satisfied with the rates and the entire process

Because my sister was co-signing on my loan, my realtor's lender required 10% down. I went to Lending Tree to see if there were any additional options. The only lender that quoted me 5% down was HomePlus/Chris Ross. Chris was very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions. The fact that he was local didn't hurt either. I'm not sure how they were able to do 5% down, but am certainly glad I chose them. The process was quick and easy, and I have already referred family and friends. Thanks for all of your help

I came upon HomePlus online and was down to 2 companies before choosing HomePlus. I went with HomePlus due to the responsivity of Leah Green. She got back to me immediately for all of my inquiries throughout the process. Leah was very easy to understand and super nice. I recommend HomePlus and Leah to anyone going through this complicated process. Thanks again Leah for all of your help

I have done two transactions with Jeff Ludlow. Both transactions were handled in a very professional and efficient manner. Every question I had was answered timely and thoroughly. My transactions both closed in record time. I will use Mr. Ludlow and Home Plus for any future mortgage transactions that I have, and cannot recommend him highly enough.

John Hamidi did an outstanding job in servicing my primary home loan. When I first spoke with John on December 16th, I mentioned to him that I was currently using another mortgage company and must close within 30 days per our contract. John confidently stated that we can close in 30 days despite the holidays that were coming up. Well, we closed escrow on January 15th 2014, amazing! I had 3 previous lenders fail after wasting weeks of my time on my loan for our new house. I am self employed and each and every lender used Dodd Frank as an excuse to give up after weeks and say, "it's just too hard to do for us due to your multiple corporations and accounting work". My income is fine, however they all threw out most of it because they did not understand basic accounting principles. Jeffrey Ludlow was fantastic. We were not easy clients since my husband and I are both self-employed, but we managed to make it work and our refinance went through. Jeff was very patient with us and helped us out with all the documentation that we needed to get together. We had a great experience.
