These people are liars. They will tell you anything and everything to make a sale. When I bought my car they said they would handle every aspect of my lease end trade in from my previous car. I gave them thousands of dollars to finalize my lease end and put the leftover money to the new purchase. Well I keep getting bills for the previous car lease end which none of it was taken care of as promised. Liars and swindlers. They don't care about you! Just your money!
So I live in Cranberry and was looking to lease 2017 Civic Sedan EX and was getting pricing from all the nearby Honda dealerships. When I contacted Honda North I was asked whether I had figures from other dealerships to which I said YES and provided the figures to them. They matched the price, which was expected. However, the residual price that they quoted was $11627 whereas rest of the dealerships had it $12108. The service department was extremely rude to my friend who was in need of a repair on her Pilot. Very unnecessary. You have lost a customer. Remember Honda North you are NOT the only Honda Dealer.

Rude, argumentative service department, zero sense of customer service, and get this, the service department guys who "greet" you don't know the first thing about mechanics, their most argumentative rep Chris said so.
Sales and financial staff are wonderful. When it comes to the service department I can't say the same. The wait time was too long in my opinion and costly and can be done cheaper else where.
2:45pm appointment for a state inspection, arrived at 2:30pm, waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for a 20 minute service. Nothing wrong with car, pulled wheels myself before visit to be sure. Disgusted with the FREE state inspection experience. Update: Received a phone call with an apology and a promise to look into what caused the delay and also to call me back with results. Week later, no return phone call. Dropped my 2 star review down to a 1.
Can not trust Service Department. Honda is a great vehicle, Honda North in Butler is a terrible place to do business. They will tell you things need fixed on your vehicle so that they can charge you for it, when in fact it is all a con job. Do not trust this place. I am gathering more information on this place and I am hearing similar stories.
