The service department was extremely rude to my friend who was in need of a repair on her Pilot. Very unnecessary. You have lost a customer. Remember Honda North you are NOT the only Honda Dealer.
I bought a kia suv there 5 weeks ago they told everything is good wit the kia i toke it home the first two week the breaks was squealing when u started to back up when u press on the breaks they would grind an my turn signal light broke so i take the kia suv back down to honda north they told me i had to pay for the new headlight to b put in an that my breaks were suppose to squill so they sent me home that day said the noises were gone nope they were worse went back down the next week an the manager looks at me wit a duty l... read more
Rude, argumentative service department, zero sense of customer service, and get this, the service department guys who "greet" you don't know the first thing about mechanics, their most argumentative rep Chris said so.
Sales and financial staff are wonderful. When it comes to the service department I can't say the same. The wait time was too long in my opinion and costly and can be done cheaper else where.
2:45pm appointment for a state inspection, arrived at 2:30pm, waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for a 20 minute service. Nothing wrong with car, pulled wheels myself before visit to be sure. Disgusted with the FREE state inspection experience. Update: Received a phone call with an apology and a promise to look into what caused the delay and also to call me back with results. Week later, no return phone call. Dropped my 2 star review down to a 1.
Can not trust Service Department. Honda is a great vehicle, Honda North in Butler is a terrible place to do business. They will tell you things need fixed on your vehicle so that they can charge you for it, when in fact it is all a con job. Do not trust this place. I am gathering more information on this place and I am hearing similar stories.
I will never purchase a car again from Honda north. My car has been nothing but issues from the day I drove it off the lot.
The staff was very polite and very helpful. Mark did everything in his power to help me get the car that I wanted. However I didn't appreciate hearing that my truck had no market or any value. I know this is untrue because I stopped at several dealers today to get appraisals and was informed that there is a huge market for my trade in. $1000 dollars more and I would have drove the car home. I don't appreciate being low-balled!
