I will never purchase a car again from Honda north. My car has been nothing but issues from the day I drove it off the lot.
The staff was very polite and very helpful. Mark did everything in his power to help me get the car that I wanted. However I didn't appreciate hearing that my truck had no market or any value. I know this is untrue because I stopped at several dealers today to get appraisals and was informed that there is a huge market for my trade in. $1000 dollars more and I would have drove the car home. I don't appreciate being low-balled!
Worst experience ever!!! Salesperson Jerry called me bad business because I asked what happened to my deposit should I not decide to go through with the sale, because the car they were trying to sell me had a serious recall issue. Jerry stomped around sales floor and told me I wasted his time. Meanwhile I had a card ready to place the deposit, and had already bought a car there prior. I will never consider shopping here neither should you. Buyer beware!!!
They never disappoint me. They never do what they promise. Go to another honda dealer ... Not these clowns
Sales woman had us come in from 2 hours away promising a deal that they had no intention of honoring. Sales ploy to get us in and then they tried to lease us a new car at ridiculous rates. They say anything to get you in the door. Car we thought we had a deal on wasn't even the color listed on the Internet and we even asked the saleswoman and they should know the colors of Honda cars. Feel lied to and deceived. Don't deal with this dealership... Especially not over the phone.
