"I went in for an oil change service and was told this..." I went in for an oil change service and was told this would take only an hour. I came in about 20mins before my scheduled time and was taken in so I was expecting to have my car back within the hour but it took almost 2 hours for me to get my car back so I didn’t like the long wait time
