I called and was ready to travel almost 800 miles to purchase a 2021 Chevy Suburban Premier with cash in hand. Salesperson who answered the phone was rude and acted like answering my questions was an inconvenience. She then said the price was $1000 more than was quoted on auto trader and wanted me to send a snapshot. I’m sure they could view the website to see the price but that’s not the issue. Bought my car at Honda fort myers. Had a flat tire. Called to schedule an appointment and was told dealership does not have my tire. It’s a Michelin and they won’t order it either. Always a bad experience with fort myers Honda. Naples honda has the tire in stock. Always helpful service there and always doing the best for Honda car owners. Fort myers Honda is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve owned 5 cars. Don’t go to Honda fort myers.

Son muy malos vendedores no tienen respeto no recomiendo este dealer para nada sólo asen perder el tiempo y le aumentan mucho dinero a los carros cuando ya te lo venden solo les interesa ganarse su comisión y ni si quiera saben vender caen mal de verdad en desacuerdo y más con los que que trabajan ahí que hablan español esos son los que chingan más ala misma raza

Horrible experience. I was dealing with Susan Grogan. I spoke to her about a Honda for sale told her I had cash and was ready to buy. I just needed a formal quote with tax, tag and title emailed over to me. She told me she’d get that over to me within five minutes. She sent me a couple text messages and then basically stop responding. I had originally spoken to her around 9 AM in the morning I called at 4:30 in the afternoon and she answered the phone after not returning some of my text messages I again asked her for the tot... read more

Terrible experience. Due to hurricane Ian taking advantage. Pay attention to negative reviews, wish I had. They don’t go over any paperwork just hand you a Zip drive and push you out the door. I noticed on yelp others had same issue. Very poor unethical behavior.

What an absolute train wreck of a dealership. Buyer beware. They won’t give pricing info until you come in. Then when you do will try to try to jack up the vehicle cost with dealer markups and garbage add ons to inflate the price (platinum program). These are deceptive sales tactics of the worst kind. Seriously a battery fee after all the other markups is insulting. All I wanted and expected was a fair and honest transaction. They wouldn’t even tell me what price they wanted for the vehicle.
