If you are needing a car due to hurricane Ian..DON't GO HERE!! The manager is a asshole and only cares about over pricing his cars. My sister is a first responder and lost her car in the health park parking lot taking care of other people. She needed a car to get her to work to continue to help. They have some real shady people working there! They made it look like they were giving me $8k for my trade in. They hiked the price of the 2023 HRV LX Financing 36,900. The MSRP is 24,865. Honda of Fort Myers advertises, that they participate with True Car. BS! They do not give you a printout. They give you a jump drive. Finance Department says “sign here, here & initial. If I could give this dealership a 0 stars I would. Let me tell you about my experience here. I went on Friday 7/29 to view a Honda Civic Sport and EX I was approached by a sales guy who walked right in front of me and greeted my fiancé and told him his name then to not even bother with greeting me at all. DEALERSHIP DAMAGED VEHICLE AND WON'T REPAIR IT: BEWARE!! Brought my vehicle here for an oil change that they had on special. Service writer stated spots were full on Sunday for the special but they could fit me in on Monday for the same price. All got finished and they wouldn't honor the special until I started asking if they did this to get people in to the dealership to charge them more. Bought a used vehicle and after only 60 days the car was giving me major issues and I got little, to no help with my concerns. I asked for a rental while my car was being repaired and I was denied even though I had platinum extended warranty. Honda worked on my car the first time and only a week later same issue. They told me to send it to chevy and it was there for 6 weeks I had it back for 2 weeks and it is back for the same issue. This place is the epitome of “highway robbery”. Now that mixed with their overall attitude of the customer can either buy a car or “get fucked” makes me lean towards NOT recommending anyone come here. Went in for an oil change and decided to refinance the loan for a much lower rate. Now I’m being asked to pay two loan companies for the same car. When I call Honda I get a speech about how everything is going to be fine. They don’t know what is going on with my loans but the bank fees keep adding up not to mention the damage to my credit. We will never be shopping there again.

So I got approved for a loan to buy out of my lease with a bank I call Honda telling them I need the buy out order they told me sure thing come in we can get it for you I came in dealt with Ben Farris ! Absolutely ridiculous.. Tried to offer me 200 dollars for my car.. a 2002 sebring with 60k miles on it and it runs perfectly... in a time when cars are worth more than gold. Insulting, rude, and never again will I step into your showroom. I'm in sales and I would NEVER treat people the way I was treated. Awful expierance and make sure you add 3500 to whatever the price tag says. Shady sales and horrible expieriance. 200 dollars for my car with 60k miles and runs perfectly.. INSANE.
