Terrible experience. Due to hurricane Ian taking advantage. Pay attention to negative reviews, wish I had. They don’t go over any paperwork just hand you a Zip drive and push you out the door. I noticed on yelp others had same issue. Very poor unethical behavior.

What an absolute train wreck of a dealership. Buyer beware. They won’t give pricing info until you come in. Then when you do will try to try to jack up the vehicle cost with dealer markups and garbage add ons to inflate the price (platinum program). These are deceptive sales tactics of the worst kind. Seriously a battery fee after all the other markups is insulting. All I wanted and expected was a fair and honest transaction. They wouldn’t even tell me what price they wanted for the vehicle. If you are needing a car due to hurricane Ian..DON't GO HERE!! The manager is a asshole and only cares about over pricing his cars. My sister is a first responder and lost her car in the health park parking lot taking care of other people. She needed a car to get her to work to continue to help. They have some real shady people working there! They made it look like they were giving me $8k for my trade in. They hiked the price of the 2023 HRV LX Financing 36,900. The MSRP is 24,865. Honda of Fort Myers advertises, that they participate with True Car. BS! They do not give you a printout. They give you a jump drive. Finance Department says “sign here, here & initial. DEALERSHIP DAMAGED VEHICLE AND WON'T REPAIR IT: BEWARE!! Brought my vehicle here for an oil change that they had on special. Service writer stated spots were full on Sunday for the special but they could fit me in on Monday for the same price. All got finished and they wouldn't honor the special until I started asking if they did this to get people in to the dealership to charge them more. Bought a used vehicle and after only 60 days the car was giving me major issues and I got little, to no help with my concerns. I asked for a rental while my car was being repaired and I was denied even though I had platinum extended warranty. Honda worked on my car the first time and only a week later same issue. They told me to send it to chevy and it was there for 6 weeks I had it back for 2 weeks and it is back for the same issue. This place is the epitome of “highway robbery”.
