Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Staff is rude and unprofessional. If you even try to question any of their dealer fees, they tell you go buy a cheaper car elsewhere. The vehicle I was interested in had been sitting on the lot for over a month. When we first went to talk to someone, they rapidly went over the fees and asked if I was ready to do business. I didn’t even get to test drive the car. When my Husband questioned some of their inflated dealer fees, the manager just wrote us off and insulted us by saying “come b... read more

Kayla, we agree that excellent customer service is the cornerstone of building lasting relationships. That being said, we're very sorry we failed to demonstrate that during your visit. Thank you for your detailed comments; we will forward them to our management team right away. Please reach out to us via email if you have something more you feel we should know. Sincerely, Michelle, Customer Relations Specialist, mwhidden@morganautogroup.com

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible place, found out engine block was a recall for cracking up to ten years. In the tenth year ours cracked and they refused to cover. Same car had paint recall. They refused to paint the whole car only partial and of course after, the rest of the paint went bad and they never returned phone calls. No notification on engine block recall. Beware, going here is a mistake, unless you have money for repairs or purchasing a new car every few years.

The first trip for a recall they did not have all the parts even after scheduling an appointment. They had my van all day. I had to make a second trip back for the rest of the repairs. The whole reason for making an appointment was because I had to drive an hour to get ther just to have them tell me we don’t have all your parts for this emergency recall issued by Honda next time I will go to West Palm or Miami. To be fair i don’t like dealing with any dearlership. But this one really disappointed me.

We were very disappointed with this visit. We spent 4 hours there after being told 2 1/2 hours. At one point we were told 10 minutes which turned out to be an hour. The most despicable event was a big meeting with ALL the employees which took almost an hour. In other words we paid $100 an hour for labor while all the mechanics were at this meeting. Only going back I we can’t get the car serviced elsewhere,

I was a first time customer. I cannot give Honda of Fort Myers a poor rating because the service was performed on time and the Oil Change service package was probably performed well. However, I made an appointment for a $129 service package and was charged and additional $12.82 (10%) for "Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order". This additional charge was not disclosed when i made the appointment for service or before my service was performed. I consider this a dishonest business practice. Further, my bill stated that "... read more

Bought a "certified pre owned " CRV just went in for my first oil change . But also had to replace transmission fluid because work order states "no history of service ! - fluid is discolored ! " Makes me wonder what else was not done . Spoke to service manager about this but did not have any answers just basically needs to be done .
