Awful customer service, no knowledge of vehicle. Rude and an overall unpleasant experience. The manager was the worst of all.

Get rid of your “window tinting & Nitro tire fees.” It’s obviously just an additional pure dealer profit fee so either increase your “dealer fee” or increase the advertised price of the car.

I went there to test drive a Kia Stinger, When I got there, they couldn't find the car. Once they did find the car, it was so dusty and I was not impressed. I knew I was buying a pre-owned car, but a nice car like that should of at least be washed. I took it for a test drive and when I got back my spouse realized it had a ding on it and we were told that they would discuss with the store manager about a discount as it was " as is". When I agreed on a price they wrote it up and added 699.00 for window tinting which was already on car and nitro in the tires. This was already done before we agreed on a price. They also added a document fee of a 1000.00. Besides taxes and tags. Sales manager was a fast talker and did not like me questioning hidden charges. The only reason took the car was we really wanted the car and if they had advertised at 3k more I would have taken it without a word. Do not buy there! Hidden fees !

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’m not sure how they have 4 1/2 stars, they must buy people’s reviews. I walked into honda super excited to buy a car and was greeted by the awful receptionist. She was too busy talking with the other workers there to even care to listen. Typical bait you on a price and when you there it's a $999 dealer fee, a one time window tint fee of $699 and $ 200 for documents then add Tax! Very Unprofessional sales . Go do one block O'Brien auto $799 dealer fee no hidden fees and will fix anything on a used car not tell you it is as is!
