1) don’t have the finance people try to add $1300 to the agreed upon price 2)instead of bickering back and forth just tell the customer the bottom line. The dumber the customer is the more money you make. 3)bring back 2 free oil changes ) Bring back a free breakfast or lunch while the vehicle is being serviced 4) Free car wash would be nice when I’m in the area. Everything I’m requesting I always received with the last 4 Honda vehicles I purchased in Ocala. Just so you know this will be the last vehicle I get from this... read more

What a horrible dealer. They got me there because they had a used Kia for a reasonable price, good condition, with low miles. The bad starts when I went to purchase. They add an additional $1700 of dealer fees on top of the price! $700 of it is for putting air in the tires and a $100 tint for 2 windows. Ok, fine... the real price puts it in the high end of market value and its in very good condition. However, the next scam comes when the finance guy tells me my (excellent) credit puts me at 5.5%. What? But he can g... read more

I have purchased many cars in my life and never have I ever had such a horrible experience. We purchased a 2017 HRV and we knew the battery was bad upon purchasing and the sales person told us that they would replace the battery. Two months after purchase we take the car in for routine service and the service Dept told us the battery was bad and needed replacing. We went into the dealership and spoke to a sales manager by the name of Steve and he told us too bad the car was purchased 2 months ago and I would have needed to ... read more

Our 2020 Honda Civic Si's clutch "blew up" with less than 6k miles. We had it towed into Honda of Ft Myers and they are refusing to repair it under warranty. This is ridiculous. Clutches don't just "explode" with so few miles. My son's car is in great shape and shows NO signs of misuse/abuse as Honda is attempting to claim. They refuse to pay for the repair. I also asked, after several days of trying to work something out with them, if they would just buy back the car since they claim it has such a high used car value, and t... read more

Don’t put all the paperwork on those desk do I pads. Let people see the paperwork and review it before signing it. Their finance department is not honest and tells you one thing and covers up what you sign. Very unhappy with this entire process.

Business response:

Mary Beth, we apologize if you're not 100% satisfied. If there are any remaining questions or concerns you might have, please send us an email. Sincerely, Michelle, Customer Relations Specialist, mwhidden@morganautogroup.com

Need to have staff ready for appointments. Have finance be honest about rates and selling warranties. Don’t try and make a customer drive home with one windshield wiper.

Business response:

Joseph, we apologize if this was your experience with us. We'd like to learn more about your visit; please send us an email if possible. Sincerely, Michelle, Customer Relations Specialist, mwhidden@morganautogroup.com

Our experience with our sales associate was good. He was professional and helpful. We also felt he was honest in dealing with us. On the other hand, Steve Sokoloff the person Mr. Toledo had to go through to finalize a deal was not a good experience. When agreeing to a payment he added on “and taxes” which changed our agreed upon monthly payment. Then when we were taken to see the financial person he proceeded to reprimand the individual for eating in the office. This was embarrassing for the individual and inappropriate to d... read more

Even though I purchased a used car I still bought a 2019 used car and I expect things to work properly. That is not the case. Your used car manager was inappropriate, offensive, arrogant, and one could take his comments as being racist. A corporation of your size should have better training. When dealership charges for prep time, safety inspection, client should get a car that does not have any issues. I came in for a car that was advertised and still is being advertised. That was the car that I wanted to purchase. Once I go... read more

Prices seem low, but there are many hidden costs that come to light during the finance portion of the process. We would’ve been able to get the same car at many different places for the price we ended up financing.

Business response:

Shannon, we're sorry if we didn't meet your expectations. If you have any questions about our pricing, please send us an email. Sincerely, Michelle, Customer Relations Specialist, mwhidden@morganautogroup.com
