Told that an oil change and fixing recalls would take 1.5 hours maybe a little longer. I figured it would be about 2 hours. Finally got my vehicle back after 3 hours. Never offered a loaner or explanation as to why it was taking so long. Also, they have bought so many Hertz rental cars that their lot is dangerous to get through. The two way paths are now one way. I’ll be trying Coconut Point Honda for my next service.

I asked to rotate tires & add air..had to return to get tires rotated & still didn’t add air..hoping the oil change was done properly... don’t know if I’ll return

Lack of attention to detail. I purchased a used vehicle later in the day so it was dark when I left. When I checked out the cleaning job the next day it was not done properly, there was still dirty, used paper towels in one of the storage areas and old pieces of shredded cheese. I called Honda and they said to bring it back. Upon arriving I explained again what the issue was and even left that drawer open, I was told it would take about 40 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later the car is ready and it was a down pour outside. Careful buying a used car. Purchased a 2019 pilot and received only one key fob. When I asked where the second key was the GM emailed me most used cars get only one key. He basically said the keys are costly. You are welcome to purchase one from us. l then realized it’s probably my own fault. I should have written in the contract the vehicle purchase must include 2 key fobs, 4 tires, 4 wheels, 4 brakes, a horn, wipers ,, etc. ( get my point) Go to John Koons locksmith for your key fobs. Stop lying to the customers. Remove those unlawful fees. Be professional People will catch up to what honda is doing lower the car fees and hit them with illegal fees.

This is by for the worst car buying experience we have ever had!!!! Brian... The finance manager was suppose to be correcting bill of sale, purchasing paperwork,etc yesterday.... please have him call Jan Brown immediately at 407-310-4630. Or me, Christina at 843-250-8755. If this does not get handled today... I will get the bank involved for fraud!!!!!

Don't waste your time, they don't want your money. They quit excepting deals with Suncoast Credit Union because they can't rip you off on finance. They also have the highest dealer fees in SW FL and the "tint & nitrogen" fees are a scam. Huge bait and switch with their "lowest price" gimmick, they kill you in fees.
