A service manager greeted me warmly immediately upon arrival and asked about my visit. I mentioned Erica was my scheduled appointment and she walked right up. As she checked me in, she mentioned all of the items we were addressing that day and kindly reminded me of the time frame and asked if everything we covered sounded right.
