The service was fine; Took the right amount of time. Booking an appointment on line is the new trend and I miss the personnel interaction of calling to book an appointment. Service pricing is a huge issue for me. The service reps didn't what to discuss current specials (Check online for any service specials was the curt reply when asked). There's always an oil change special. But not if you ask the service rep. I was told to check online for any specials.
