Very middle-of-the-road for me. Stopped by on a whim on a random Tuesday for lunch, arriving at 11 am when they opened. I ordered a three-piece meal which included chicken thigh, leg, and whole wing (dipped in the honey sauce for a $1 up-charge) and two rolls, and I added on a side of Brussels sprouts. Comfort food with a gourmet vibe. Potent drinks!! Everything was delicious. Nashville hot chicken was hot - nose running and eyes watering hot. Tech enable Service was fast and efficient but they still had a personal touch.

One of the best food spots in DC. I'm constantly craving it. The chicken pc meals and the sandwiches are amazing. The Brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese, and buns are phenomenal. It is a small and busy atmosphere. The service is always quick and attentive. Plan for it to be busy. Can pay on your phone through Toast.

This place is absolutely incredible. If you're looking for an intimate dinner, probably don't come here - it's very noisy inside - but if you're looking for a great meal for everyone, this is the spot. I'm a vegetarian so I expected that I'd have to settle for fries for dinner - I was so happily mistaken. The kale burrata salad was incredible, as was the sweet potato dish. Incredible. We sat outside on the patio on a sunny November Saturday afternoon. Indoors was a bit too busy and warm, so the patio was perfect for fresh air and people watching on Upshur st. Service is kind, casual and swift. Our food came fast, ample and with non frilly presentation. We got the bahn mi, Korean chicken sandwich, sides of Brussels and wedges, plus I needed a honey roll. Honeymoon chicken is DELICIOUS! We got honey dipped sprouts, hot honey dusted chicken, hot honey dipped chicken, Mac n cheese, crispy chicken poutine, s'mores hand pie& honey butter rolls. Flavorful, crispy, perfect combination of sweet and spicy. So freaking good! We ordered through Uber Eats and the food came fast and still hot. We love this place and can't wait to eat this place again!

You could smell the chicken from outside. They also have indoor seating. We were told that we could sit at an empty table. You start your order by scanning the bar code on the table but feel free to order paper menus because they have them. We ordered the Buffalo wings, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and regular chicken with original dusting. Everything was good and the service was helpful and attentive.

Honeymoon chicken is always a great time. The chicken is always fresh and delicious and seasoned well. I tried the fish products for the first time. I was planning a surprise at the flavor. The fish sandwich and the fried fish with the shrimp. Also the chicken fried steak was phenomenal

Starting off, I don't see the hype of this place. The fried chicken dipped in hot honey was decent but could've been a lot better. The brussel sprouts were fine too but I wanted more flavor/seasoning. The honey butter roll was great though - loved the flakey salt on top. Nothing was bad, but nothing will have me running back anytime soon. I much prefer Doro Soul Food's fried chicken.
