I'd give this place negative 5 stars if possible, 1 is more than they deserve. Absolute worst service and people ever! I showed up almost 20 minutes early from my appointment based on the negative reviews of this place saying they have bad customer service and are slow. I called 10 minutes after the hour and they said the doctor was running behind. Ruben, As an urgent care/emergency facility, we often have patients that require immediate medical attention that cannot be rushed or ignored. Brought in my 6 week old puppy for an exam and she turned out to have parvovirus, even though her mother was fully vaccinated. With the first puppy they were super helpful, sent me home with antibiotics, anti nausea meds, subQ fluids and probiotics, that trip was $712. Having recently heard of Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care, I thought I'd bring my Labrador Retriever in to get a piece of cheat grass removed from her foot. Apparently it had gotten embedded, with her walking on it for a couple of days. Consequently it had to be surgically (minor) removed. Now I'll lay out my entire experience... I would have given 5 star after first visit but after 2nd only getting 1. I took my cat in just over 2 weeks ago and was very pleased with the service provided. Dr. Sheila Erickson was very professional and explained what she wanted to do before any action was taken. When I was leaving I inquired about the price of the splint change that they said was needed. I was quoted a cost of $25 which i felt was very reasonable thus when it was time for the change I came back. My second visit started good, but did not end well... read more

I find it interesting with mostly five star reviews for this exorbitant care center. I waited from 9:45 to 20 to 2 to see a vet (I had been told it would be maybe an hour to hour half wait) who did an extremely cursory exam of my dog stating needed lab tests, xrays, fluids. They did not give the fluids until after 630 at night. For my 600 plus bill I did not receive any answers. My dog continues to be sick but I have no funds to see another vet. I called this clinic at 11:00am to see if they could see my dog. Told them I was at work and could be there in 30 minutes. Girl on phone said sure no problem. I left work and got there at 11:20. Different girl said it would be a 2 hour wait. But I left work to come here because the other girl said I would get in. She said the vet is going into a "scheduled" operation....SCHEDULED!
