So well run with comfort features for the pet and the pet's person. The wait can be long since the serious emergencies are handled with priority. But the rooms are mini lounges. TV with Netflix, YouTube, coffee, sofas with pillows. Immaculately clean. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Vet seems to be very knowledgeable. The fees are high, but I didn't think they were excessive for emergency services. Wish there were clinics like this in Seattle.

We went in yesterday with our senior dog, we knew she had to be put down. She was 18 1/2 and was having trouble breathing. The staff there was super friendly and attentive, they made it a little easier for us. I'm super thankful we have them in our community.

Highly recommend H3 Pet Urgent Care. Their extended hours, reasonable fees, beautiful facility & kind, compassionate care help ease some of the stress of an urgent vet visit. Every employee, each of our visits, has been exactly who you want caring for your pet. Thank you!

We LOVE this place and these people. If you are looking for a vet, take your pet to Horse Heaven Hills! We have a black lab who always seems to have a problem. We have been in numerous times with various issues and every single time the staff is helpful, timely and friendly. We have worked with both Dr. Blake and Dr. Erickson and they are both just so great, as well as the rest of the staff who always greets us with a smile. Tragically I fell and landed on my 17-year-old Pomeranian. It appeared she had a broken leg and maybe some other issues. Dr. Erickson and her staff were so very compassionate in helping me make the difficult Decision to euthanize her. I also have a friend who has taken her dog there a couple of times. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Our 11 year old Shihtzu had surgery to remove a mass at his regular veterinarian. After about a week he mananged to pop some stitches, most likely from sneaking out of his cone one too many times and running up and down the stairs. Of course, this had to happen on a Saturday. His regular vet was closed. After calling 4 veterinary offices, whose answer to an open, oozing wound was "Sorry, we're all booked", we found Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care. Took my son's family's sick parakeet to urgent care. They were top notch from start to finish. The unfortunate outcome was the bird died, but they acted very promptly in treating, communicated clearly and frequently during my time there. They were realistic, compassionate and made treatment and costs clear and easy to discuss. I brought my cat here on a Sunday because it had been suffering from urinary issues, and nothing my local vet was doing was helping (I live 70 miles away). WOWSIES, the decor of this place looks like a beauty salon! Plus, the exam rooms were quite large, with an exam table that doubled as a scale, and three chairs, about like a human doctor's office exam room.
