They have a regular vet practice & an emergent one. I have a small dog that needs anal glands expressed 3x yr by vet tech. First time they charged me $30, second time it was $40. Then they moved to Clearwater. I made a non-emergent appt with the tech and they charged me $35 on the phone. I was happy with that price. I took my dog to appt. Never really liked them, always had bad experiences with this company and hate coming to this place. I always experience bad communication on their part and no one is on the same page. The head communicator is name Kristina and she always thinks she knows what her staff says or knows what to do but it's the other way around and they never want to tell the truth. This business will charge you everything they can, to make you think your pet is getting the care it needs, staff is rude if you ask them about anything pricing and care!! Wouldn't recommend this business

I had to bring in my cat to Horse Heaven Urgent care today because she got stung in the mouth by a hornet. When I brought her in they immediately brought her back to get assessed. When the receptionist came out she started to laugh at me asking if I brought in the right cat and not her sibling (mind you one is a Tabby the other is a tuxedo). If I could give no stars I would! Here's my experience... Called on Wednesday since my dog was lethargic and not eating or drinking. They said can't be seen because they're having a staff meeting from 5pm to 8pm. Who has a 3 hour staff meeting? First red flag! They said call back in morning and they'll get her in. We have been here once before and they were great. However we called ahead on a Sunday and the gal who answered the phone said there were a lot of people ahead of us so maybe call the clinic in Pasco. Okay no problem. We took a puppy in and got a half service, took 5 minutes didn't even take more time to look at the puppy because they were closing soon, about 45 min left till closing, I've been there many times but this is the last time! Yet they still want to charge the whole service and add more stuff that they claim they did, will never go back to this place!!

I would have been a first time customer called in a kitty emergency the person on the phone initially was great and pleasant. I explained my concern about our kitty boy being sick and lethargic for over a week. She told me to wait for a call and they would get me right in.
