I took my dog into this clinic today. They were absolutely wonderful!! I was helped immediately and sat in a beautiful room I would call a suite more than an exam room. The assistants , techs , and Dr Erickson. Even though my dog didn't get to come home this team helped me through a very difficult day. Thank you!!!

We had to bring our senior pup in, as he could no longer walk we knew it was time.. we were very heartbroken and i called ahead of time to let horse heaven urgent care know we were coming in. When we arrived the entire staff showed so much care, had a room ready for us and explained the whole process to us. They gave us as much time as we needed with him, to say our goodbyes. I brought my dog in because she had been experiencing back issues and i was extremely impressed. The best part about this vet that set them apart from other vets is that they did not try to up-sell me things my dog did not need, they were willing to treat conservatively vs requiring a bunch of unnecessary blood work and x-rays like VCA did. I would recommend them to anyone and will absolutely bring my dogs back here if needed.

The entire crew here are rockstars! The setting is warm and welcoming, new and modern but it feels like you are walking into a day spa, not a vet. The waiting rooms are all comfortable and the staff talks you through each step of what's needed to best tend to your pet. I can not recommend this place enough.

They are amazing! We had to make the difficult decision to put our dog down and they were so comforting and caring. They gave us the time we needed and even gave us a handprint plaque to remember him. Words cannot express how grateful I am for choosing to go here.

I have been working thru discovering my dog has lymphoma. Her final days are here and I wanted to commend Dr. Blake and her staff for being so amazing. I could not have gone thru this without an amazing doctors. They were kind and compassionate and made me feel like I am the only one that has ever gone through this, when we know they do it often. The entire staff was absolutely the best.

Stopped in to get an unplanned vaccination for our dog: got the physical as it's required by law (they have to ensure your animal is healthy enough for treatment). The turn around time was a bit slower than we were told: BUT, in any urgent care, urgent matters come first. Overall, we'd go back if we were in the area again.

Mack is often looked at and judged by his appearance. He's a stocky muscular guy and can be intimidating looking if you don't know him. He is actually the sweetest dog and not a mean bone in his body. He was however pretty much terrified of a long list of things. If I was doing dishes and a fork tapped a plate he would bolt out of the house in fear. If something was dropped or a louder noise he would freeze up in fear. Same with car rides.
