I took my senior Yorkie to Horse Heaven Hills because he was very ill. Dr Wilson is the veterinarian that diagnosed my boy with two major illnesses. Dr Wilson is very thorough and was so compassionate towards my dog and my husband. After the care my dog received over a 1 week period I will not go to another vet. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and so polite. I give this facility a 10 +

My son and I took our cat, Littles to Horse Heaven Hills because she was not eating or drinking water for several days and she was in distress. It was a very long wait to get in but when we were finally able to be seen the staff and the doctor was wonderful. The took the time to listen to us in regards to what was happening with Littles and then treated her for her upper respiratory infection, cleaned her ears and gave us the medications that we needed for her. My husband and I went to the humane society nearby about 2 months ago to adopt another dog, but it didn't work out. It ended up with my dog getting hurt by the dog we were going to see. She got her tongue bit, and had to get surgery immediately. We requested information/directions to the nearest vet, and finally came to The Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care. I had brought my senior spaniel/retriever in on two separate occasions over the last year & I was very impressed with Horse Heaven Hills. The first was for a serious ear hematoma that my regular vet wouldn't schedule to see him for over two weeks. I was able to take him in the same day here to have it drained & treated. Our second trip in December was sadly to have him put down as he began having seizures. We made the very difficult decision to take our 12 year old cat in to be put to sleep today. She was 12 years old and health issues had brought her to the point that she could no longer walk or feel well. We did not want to let her go but knew, for her sake, that it was time. My sweet boy needed a CT scan to confirm liver shunt. The vet and staff were so kind and even sent me a picture of my boy during the day to ease my anxiety of leaving him. The staff called the next day, New Years Day, to check on Alvin and the vet called me with his results. He explained everything to me and forwarded the results to the specialist. We were shown much kindness and they were great with my Alvin.

We have always brought our Golden Retriever here and always received excellent care and professionalism. Unfortunately on our last visit May 21 2020 we had found out our Harlow had a very fast cancer with terrible results. She was a life long family member and loyal pet. I want to thank everyone single person from here for you extraordinary care and compassion. I highly recommend this veterinarian. God bless you all. Darrin Durna
