This rating has nothing to do with the hotel and everything to do with Expedia's false claim on the amenities page that this property is not pet friendly. We were so angry when we parked and noticed a nice, fenced off doggie area to take care of their business. Then we saw the big sign at the front desk that said pet friendly. We went well out of our way to board our pet and to discover it was unnecessary was very frustrating.

Staff would not clean room the entire stay. Getting clean towels and new trash bags was like pulling teeth. The female staff were nice but the male staff on duty during our stay were rude and very sarcastic. We will not stay there again.

You call housekeeping and no call back, pretty disappointed about that. No one came to clean our room or make our bed.

I got overcharged for $98 I want a refund as soon as possible. What a disgusting hotel

CAUTION! THIS PLACE OVERBOOKED. My wife and I drove 8 hours to this hotel casino just to be told the room that was reserved for us was no longer available. It was barely 9pm during the time we try to check in. We were outrage but we didn't cause any commotions and politely ask to speak to the manager but all we got from him was, "we're sorry. The Isle in Blackhawk was the wort place i have stayed. The staff was beyond rude and unapologetic. The TV had no signal. When we called the "supervisor" said thhey would clean off yhe antennas and when it tuenwd back on for 5 minutes it was pixelated. Then he said we cluld rent a movie it ran on another system. And said they wouldn't compensate anything. They already charged us a ridiculously high rate as ww fot stranded in the snow wjtg no choice but to get a room. Mood changes Everything was good till checked in at anothrr casino it was supposed to be lady luck casino but had to check in at the isle casino amf when we dif the staff was very rude i assume because how young i look but i went to get my points on my players card aftrr cause tgats what i was told to do and after they said it wasnt abke to haooen because we already checked in We did what they told us and got nothing

When we arrived they change reservation due to over booking. They did offer a dinner credit however it was very difficult to use and service awful. When getting to the room lights didn’t work AC didn’t work, toilet was broken No toilet paper. On top of that we had a small child with us and they put us right next to the elevator that you could hear everything between loud patrons and elevator noises all night long. We were very uncomfortable and they just made us feel non important
